Introduction
In order to improve the teaching quality of English in junior high schools, the English teaching and research group of our school has formulated a plan for the next academic year. This plan is aimed at improving the English learning atmosphere of students, enhancing the teaching ability of teachers, and promoting the development of English teaching in junior high schools.Plan of Action
1. Class Observation and Feedback The English teaching and research group will hold regular class observations and provide feedback for teachers. The focus will be on examining the current teaching method, teaching content and teaching effect, providing technical guidance and suggestions, and promoting teaching reform. 2. Organizing Themed Activities The English teaching and research group will organize themed activities on a regular basis, such as games, competitions, English corners, and cultural exchanges. These activities aim to enhance students' interest in English, increase their immersion in English, and consolidate their learning results. 3. Building a Learning Resource Library The English teaching and research group will establish a learning resource library consisting of books, audio materials, video materials, and interactive software related to English language learning.
